The Clarinet Sonatas Nos. 1 and 2, Op. 120 by Johannes Brahms were written in 1894 for the clarinetist Richard Mühlfeld, after Brahms had been captivated by Mühlfeld's spirited interpretations. Mühlfeld inspired Brahms to pick up composition again.

The Sonata No. 2 in E-flat major, Op. 120 is in three movements.
