Sonata No. 2 was composed without extremes of range, technique or endurance to enhance the repertoire for Trumpet players of all ages.  Set in the standard sonata form of three movements it is a melodic piece with contemperary flair.  It is fun to perform, enjoyable to hear and serious enough to express ones's self musically.
